When to eat ?

▪︎Do not eat late at night.
How much to eat ?
According to Ayurveda, one should eat half of the food with hunger. It is said, when you eat more, body consumes more energy to digest it. That’s why we feel laziness after over eating.
How to eat ?
Everybody know this ! It is the most important process of eating. Still most of the people do not do it properly. Don’t make haste at all. Chew well and eat. If this is done, then half the problem of obesity ends.
The most important component of healthy diet is proper ratio of carbohydrates, proteins vitamins and fats. For this, many things have to be reduced or increased. There is no research in the world that says that if you reduce the food, then the stomach will be reduced. By reducing the food, you will invite a serious problem.
Those who are more obese should reduce their carbohydrates.

▪︎Pulses, soybean and fruits must be taken only for the Carbohydrates.
- How to increase Protein in the body.
– Green peas, dry fruits, leafy vegetables, curd, fishes and eggs are the best source of protein.

Oats has too much fiber. Along it you can take Peas, Fibrous fruits, strawberry and apples. Good fiber can also be found in sprouted grains that is, sprouted gram , moong and corn.
